“Galactic GPS” to detect gravitational waves passing near Earth: "Washington, January 6 (ANI): Radio astronomers have uncovered 17 millisecond pulsars in our galaxy, which hold the promise of being used them as a kind of “galactic GPS” to detect gravitational waves passing near Earth.
